Delicate Elegance Events was established in 2006 after I decided to say farewell to an extremely stressful Accounting career of 20 years. During this time I managed weddings on a freelance/hobby basis. My passion to design and create vanquished my appeal for figures which resulted in me eventually deciding to take a leap of faith and enter into the creative world on a full term basis. To be honest; I never looked back.
This profession is no job to me – rather a blessing to release all my creative energies and ideas. In doing so; I give much joy and happiness to many couples; therefore being dubbed “Fairy Godmother” by many clients. Today I just love what I do and do what I love.
With more than 20 years experience; my fine eye for detail; knack to manage set budgets – always trying to save a few pennies in the interim and my unique personal attention in managing my clients’ events; I happily execute my client’s vision into reality and create stunning ambiances.
My services includes Planning/Co-Ordination; Flowers; Bespoke Decor and Styling; which I deal with in my exclusive capacity. I furthermore offer an after-hours service to working clients unable to take off from work. These time slots are available by appointment on Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays and Saturdays I’m not booked for an event. I cater for all denominations; including same sex weddings.
